Jiu Jitsu is the martial practice of positional control which utilizes increasingly dominant holds and bodily leverage to finish fights efficiently by strangulation or dismemberment. It is a tool which allows the weak to defend themselves against the strong. A full-body workout, a safe and exciting sport and the most effective form of self-defense, we teach Jiu Jitsu in a way that is inviting, fun and empowering.
